Single Storey Extension - Horndean

A text book example of great communication between designer and client. While this project may look conventional from the outside, the challenges overcome throughout the design stage resulted on in net gain of 44m² of habitable space (providing an additional shower room, two bedrooms and two utility rooms), while keeping cost manageable through conventional construction methods.
